Maison D’Rose Phú Quốc is a 24-room hotel in Bãi Khem, Phú Quốc. This page says plainly what we keep about you, where it is kept, for how long, and how to have it deleted.

This website does not track you

The site runs no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no tracking cookie and no forms. The only thing your browser stores is your language choice — English or Vietnamese — which stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.

What we keep when you contact us

When you message us on WhatsApp, email us or call, we keep the conversation together with your phone number or email address, so we can answer and so you don’t have to repeat yourself next time. When you book, we keep your name, contact details, dates and booking details — what is needed to check you in and issue an invoice.

We do not sell your data, do not use it for ad targeting, and do not send marketing messages you did not ask for.

Where it is kept

WhatsApp messages travel through Meta’s infrastructure and are stored in the hotel’s operations spreadsheet on Google Workspace. Email sits with Google. Booking details live in that same operations spreadsheet. Only hotel staff can see them.

If you book through a channel such as Trip.com, Booking.com or Agoda, that channel has its own policy for the data you enter on their site; the part we receive is covered by this policy.

How long we keep it

Booking records and invoices are kept for as long as Vietnamese accounting and tax rules require. WhatsApp conversations and email are kept while they are still useful for serving you, and are cleared periodically.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold, correct what is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales.maisondrose@gmail.com or message WhatsApp (+84) 816 845 301; we answer within 30 days. Where accounting law requires us to keep something, we will tell you so rather than quietly not delete it.
